Model

Acterys builds a star-schema warehouse from those sources automatically. The cube and logic wizards do the dimensional work that normally takes a data team a quarter.

Plan

The Acterys Matrix is an editable Power BI visual. Type a top-line figure and it splashes down the hierarchy and spreads across the periods, in the report itself.

Forecast

Azure ML forecasts sit beside the actuals, and driver-based what-if lets you move an assumption and watch the rest of the model answer.

Write-back lands in your own Azure SQL, versioned, with an audit trail and an approval step. Nothing enters the numbers because somebody edited a cell in a file.

This is the part people do not believe until they see it. The figure below is typed into a Power BI report, not into Excel. It spreads across the quarters on the model's own rules, the forecast rows move with it, and the commit is a versioned write-back rather than a file someone emails around.

Dynamics 365

Acterys is Microsoft's preferred planning solution and is embedded in Dynamics 365, so this is the shortest path of the set.

QuickBooks & Xero

The mid-market ledgers, connected the same way as the enterprise ones. Group consolidation across mixed systems is the usual reason people call.

SAP & Oracle

Where the ledger is not going to move, Acterys reads it and plans on top rather than asking the business to migrate first.

Mixed estates are the normal case, not the exception. Most groups we plan for run at least two of these, and consolidation across them is the first thing the model has to earn.

What is Acterys?

An FP&A platform that brings planning, budgeting and forecasting directly into Power BI and Excel. It is used by Heineken and 1,000+ organizations, and it adds write-back to Power BI so a planner can enter figures in the report itself rather than in a spreadsheet beside it. How is Acterys different from regular Power BI?

Power BI reads. Acterys writes. Standard Power BI shows you the numbers; Acterys adds editable visuals, so entering a plan, editing a budget or running a scenario happens in the dashboard and commits back to the warehouse.

What are Acterys Rapid Results Packs?

Pre-built Acterys templates for common FP&A jobs such as budgeting, workforce planning and consolidation. They give a rollout a working starting point instead of a blank model, which is what shortens the first phase.

Can Acterys integrate with our ERP system?

Yes. Acterys Apps provide one-click integrations to NetSuite, Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP and Oracle, among others. For NetSuite specifically we also build NetSuite Sync, which feeds NetSuite data into Power BI and SQL without a SuiteAnalytics license.

Is Acterys cloud-based or can it be deployed on-premises?

Both. Acterys runs in Azure, on-premises or hybrid, and integrates with Microsoft Fabric. The write-back target is your own Azure SQL, so the planning data stays in your tenant.
