Two products in market

Products we build and operate

Proceptio is a services company that also ships software. Two of our B2B products are in market today. Both run in production for named enterprise customers. Both are built on the same Microsoft stack we use for client implementations, which is why the services side ships faster and operates more reliably than typical dev shops.

Why a services company also ships products

Most agencies and consultancies only deliver services. We do both. There are three reasons that matters for a prospective services client.

  1. Proof of shipping. Running a SaaS product in production for named customers (Disney, Heineken, Bailie Gifford, Cygnum Capital) is a much harder bar than shipping a one-off client project. We know how to build, deploy, monitor, and support software at scale.
  2. Same tech stack. NetSuite Sync and CapitalBridge run on the same Microsoft stack we use for services work (.NET, Blazor, Azure, SQL Server, Power BI). Patterns we develop for the products transfer directly to client engagements.
  3. Long-term roadmap. A products business creates operational continuity beyond any single client engagement. The team stays intact. Expertise compounds. You are not buying a short-lived project team that will be wound down after delivery.

Want to build something similar?

Most of our services engagements start with a conversation about a problem that could eventually justify a product. If you want to talk through what you are building, we are happy to have that conversation early.
